These Pro prices are for card billing and cover all venues on your account. Review the final amount, including any tax, in checkout before paying. Microsoft Marketplace purchases have their own price and billing terms, and each subscription covers one venue. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed terms.

Do I need a card to get started?
No. The Free plan is a real account with one live job and a venue profile candidates can see. No payment details are required.
What happens to my job if I downgrade from Pro?
Your venue profile and existing published jobs stay live. The Free plan lets you publish or reopen a job only when you have no other live jobs at that venue. You can close roles when you no longer need applications.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
For card billing, contact support@whyhats.co.uk for help with your subscription. For Microsoft Marketplace purchases, manage the subscription through Microsoft. Check your current billing period and renewal terms before making a change. Starting another subscription does not cancel an existing one.
What counts as a 'venue' for Enterprise pricing?
Each physical location with its own venue profile and jobs. Get in touch and we'll put together group pricing based on how many sites you're hiring for.
